Cancellation Policy

By checking “I agree to the Payment Policy which may include cancellation fees” at checkout and completing your booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below. A copy of these terms is emailed with your confirmation. | 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄 • Client rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the start time. • Client cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time. • Within 48 hours of the start time, online changes are unavailable and fees may apply (see “Fees”). | 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 • A valid payment card is required to book online. • Your card is securely tokenized by our payment processor (Wix Payments); we do not store card numbers or have access to them. You will not be charged upon booking - the payment must be done in full at the completion of your tattoo. • You authorize: (1) a verification/hold at booking; and (2) if applicable, a charge of the late/no-show fee under “Fees.” You may update your card before the fee window. | 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀 (𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 & 𝗻𝗼-𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀) • No fee: cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment (CA$0). • Fee applies: cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows (CA$100+tax). • The above fee applies if the appointment is rescheduled more than twice, regardless of whether more than 48 hours’ notic • This fee is a genuine pre-estimate of loss (reserved artist time, prep, lost opportunity) and not a penalty. We may reduce or waive the fee at our discretion. If we are unable to provide the service for reasons within our control, the fee will not be charged. | 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 Use the link in your confirmation email or your account to manage your booking within the timeframes above.
