Cancellation Policy

By clicking in “Request to Book” at checkout and submitting your request, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below. A copy is emailed with your confirmation. Touch-ups will only be performed to restore the tattoo to its original appearance (e.g., correcting natural fading). Any alterations—such as adding elements or increasing line thickness—will be billed as a new tattoo. Please note: complimentary touch-ups are not offered for tattoos located on the hands, fingers, feet, elbows, or knees due to their tendency to heal poorly. These areas may be touched up at no cost when completed alongside additional tattoo work. 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄 • Client rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the start time. • Client cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time. 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 & 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹 • Complementary Touch-up bookings are not auto-accepted; they are reviewed and may be changed or declined. • You will receive a separate email when a request is approved or an alternative time is proposed. 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀 (𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 & 𝗻𝗼-𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀) • 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 (𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲) 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵-𝘂𝗽𝘀: no cancellation charge. However, if you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up, you forfeit the complimentary touch-up. Any future touch-up you require/book will be charged at the current touch-up price. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 Use the link in your confirmation email/account to cancel or reschedule within the timeframes above. You will receive an email confirming any change or approval. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗽𝘁𝘀, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 & 𝗹𝗮𝘄 You will receive an email receipt and a copy of these terms after booking or any change. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal law; if any part is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
