Tattoo Consultation Policy — At [Studio Name], consultations are an important step in planning a personalized tattoo. Consultations may be completed online or in person and typically last up to 45 minutes. The purpose of the consultation is to discuss your tattoo concept, placement, size, style, and reference images, as well as to review feasibility, estimated pricing, and anticipated session requirements. No tattooing or finalized design work is performed during the consultation. Consultations are free of charge. Any pricing provided during the consultation is an estimate only. Final pricing may vary depending on final design details, size, placement, time required, and overall complexity. Designs are not created during the consultation. Final artwork begins after a tattoo appointment is confirmed. Minor adjustments to the concept are acceptable, but major changes may require an additional consultation. Clients must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID. Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions before booking or during consultation. Placement photos and reference images may be requested. All information is confidential and used only for tattoo scheduling and design purposes. The artist reserves the right to decline a request based on style appropriateness, skin or health concerns, subject matter, or unrealistic expectations.
